    • Utilized SketchUp and a 3D printer to design and build a 3D modeled: (1) Enclosure to house a circuit board for a device called the Digital Copilot and (2) Enclosure to house an aircraft surveillance system to be placed in an aircraft.

    • Volunteered for various activities including: Food collection at local grocery stores, supervision of children at fund raising activities, and food collection from local farmer’s market

    • Acted as a supervisor, mentor, and tutor for elementary school students

ACTIVITIES AND SKILLS

  • Nominated and accepted Art Lead role for platforming video game project named “George Mason: A Declaration of Rites”: Led team of 11. Organized required assets and team tasks into shared worksheet to keep the team informed and on track. Led weekly meetings to discuss progress and intentions with the art team and held weekly meetings both with the professor and the other project leads. Successfully communicated with each team to make sure the game was ready for a public release.

  • Acted as core game designer and artist in a team of five students making a role-playing video game named “Eras Rising.”

  • Created all art assets and co-designed an arcade cooking game, “Restaurant Rush.” Art assets included 48-character designs to act as the customers, the UI, and the food order possibilities which totaled 126 individual pieces of burger art.

  • Created 13 pieces of character art for a serious game which addressed how to confront bullies and how to treat strangers, titled, “Who’s the Real Monster Now?”

  • Led team of five in creating a game of my design, “Take a Beat,” organized required assets and team tasks into shared worksheet and led weekly meetings to discuss progress and intentions.

  • Worked in team of three to design “The Haunting of Harrison Hall,” a serious game focused on the dangers of overworking and stress. Created all the concept art, most of the 2D and 3D art assets, as well as the promotional materials.

  • Nominated to and designed brochure material for Arlington County Career Center Open House which was distributed to families countywide and published on various web sites.

  • Designed mascot for high school recreational basketball team uniform.

  • Nominated to and created promotional posters for a school-sponsored International Dinner.

  • Led team of four in creating a pinball adventure game of my design, “Dilo’s Rollin Adventure.” Created the concept art, asset lists, design documents, music, and some of the 2D and 3D art.
